A seminar titled 'Text Classification with Machine Learning Algorithms: Detection of Fake Emails' was conducted by Research Assistant Sidar AĞDUK from the Department of Management Information Systems at Tarsus University. The seminar covered an overview of text classification and fake email detection, preprocessing steps for text data, feature extraction methods (CountVectorizer), machine learning algorithms, a sample application, and the results obtained. The seminar was held in a format that allowed faculty members and students to participate either in person or online.
